2-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition — any signs of use, damage, or wear will result in the return being refused
  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@flagworld.store within 2 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos of the item
  3. We'll review your request and send return instructions if eligible
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items returned after the 2-day window
  • Items showing signs of use, unfolding, washing, or any damage
  • Items without original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@flagworld.store — we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
