We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

- Item must be unused and in its original condition — any signs of use, damage, or wear will result in the return being refused
- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
- Email us at support@flagworld.store within 2 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos of the item
- We'll review your request and send return instructions if eligible
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items returned after the 2-day window
- Items showing signs of use, unfolding, washing, or any damage
- Items without original packaging
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@flagworld.store — we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refund Method
